Refund policy

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Our policies vary by item category:

👙 Swimwear

• No returns accepted due to hygiene reasons.
• Exchanges accepted within 3 days of delivery.
• Item must be unworn, with hygiene liner, tags, and original packaging.

👗 Clothing

• Returns: within 03 days of delivery.
• Exchanges: from 15 to 30 days after delivery.
• After 30 days, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

❌ Final Sale Items

• No returns, refunds, or exchanges on discounted items.
• Unless there’s a manufacturing defect reported within 15 days.

📝 How to Return or Exchange

1. Email us at mirthis@amazoniabeachwear.com with your order number.
2. Item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with tags and original packaging.
3. Include the return form inside the package.
4. Refunds are processed within 48 hours after inspection.

Note: Refunds can take up to 20 business days to appear on your statement. Shipping costs for exchanges are paid by the customer.

🔄 Defects & Quality Issues

If you receive an item with a defect, you may request a free exchange within 30 days of delivery. Email us at mirthis@amazoniabeachwear.com with your order number.

🎁 Gift Purchases

We recommend gift cards for gifting. If you buy a product for someone else, the original purchaser will be responsible for any returns or exchanges.
