Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, for swimwear and clothing alike.

Refunds are issued within 10 days. Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, items must be unworn, with the protective liner, tags and original packaging intact.

The customer pays return shipping. The store covers shipping for exchanges.

A refund is processed within 48 hours after the returned item is received and inspected. Once processed, the refund takes 5 to 10 business days to appear on the customer's card, depending on the card issuer.

Bikini tops and bottoms are sold as sets, and sets must be returned complete.
