Pre Order Policy

Pre-Order Policy

At Amazônia Beachwear, we offer the option to pre-order select new styles before they officially launch. Pre-order items typically take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

To reserve your item, a 50% deposit is required at checkout. Once your order is confirmed and ready to ship, you will be notified, and the remaining balance will be charged automatically. After payment is completed, your order will be promptly shipped to your address.

Choosing the Right Size

We want your pieces to fit perfectly. Each product page includes size and fit recommendations along with a link to our Size Chart for easy reference and conversion.

Pre-Order Payment Process

When placing a pre-order, 50% of the total item price is charged at the time of purchase. Once the item is ready to ship, you'll receive an email confirmation, and the remaining 50%—including any applicable shipping fees, taxes, or duties—will be charged automatically within 24 hours.

Order Changes

You may request a size change during the active pre-order period only. If you need to make any other adjustments, a new order will be required.

Receiving Your Pre-Order

The estimated delivery window for each item is listed directly on the product page, beneath the price. After purchase, this estimate will also be included in your order confirmation email and within your Order History on your Amazônia Beachwear account.

Please note: A more precise delivery date will only be available later in the production process. If you need updates or have concerns about your delivery, contact us at mirthis@amazoniabeachwear.com.

Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders may be canceled only while the pre-order event is still active on our site. After the event ends, cancellations are not guaranteed, unless the delivery is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe.

All other cancellations are subject to review and may be issued as store credit only.

Brand-Initiated Cancellations

In rare cases, we may need to cancel a pre-ordered item due to unforeseen production issues. If this occurs, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund of your deposit to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days.
